if you ask me to draw NSFW you will likely be BLOCKED as I am a minor (and I make it APPARENT)

Commissions that are less then halfway done will only get a partial refund if cancelled from the client

If a commission is cancelled by me, a full refund will be given no matter how far in

A scene with two characters will be 1.5x the price

Two seperate commissions will be double the price

Characters sold by me should not be sold for more unless additional art is added

Any extreme edits of my design to the point it is unrecognizable is not allowed

I have the right to revoke a design if you break my TOS (use feral ocs for nsfw, sell/send it to a blacklisted user, so on. I will DM you beforehand!)

When selling a character, DM me about who you're selling it to so you don't accidentally sell it to a blacklisted user!

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason

No art/design produced by me should be used for NFTs , blockchains, or any form of cryptocurrency

Commercial use of my art/design is not allowed unless agreed upon beforehand

Art or designs produced by me should not be distributed to anyone on my blacklist

A client has three days to respond to me regarding money (commission or design wise) before it's considered ghosting

Ghosting/not paying will result in client ending up on a temporary (or permanent) blacklist + commission rights revoked

Heavy inspiration or blatant copying of my art or designs is not allowed
